Ingredients:

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional

  • 1/2 cup holiday-themed sprinkles optional

Instructions:

Cover a square 8x8-inch 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some extra on the sides to make it easy to take off later


Put the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave


Stir the mixture every 30 seconds in the microwave until it is smooth and all melted, which should take about 2 to 3 minutes


Watch out not to get the chocolate too hot and burn it


Add the vanilla extract and mix it in well


You can add chopped nuts or holiday-themed sprinkles for extra texture and a festive look if you want to


Pour the fudge mix into the baking pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly


Put the fudge in the fridge for at least two hours, or until it gets firm


When the fudge is set, use the extra parchment paper to lift it out of the pan


Cut it into squares or rectangles after putting it on a cutting board

Keto Instant Pot Creamy Tuscan Chicken

This Instant Pot recipe makes a rich and creamy Tuscan chicken dish with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 cups spinach

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Set the timer for 8 minutes and make sure the lid is on tight


Quick-release the pressure and stir in the spinach until it wilts

Raspberry Glazed & Jelly Filled Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2/3 cup buttermilk

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Raspberry jam or jelly

  • Oil for frying vegetable or canola

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2-3 tbsp raspberry juice from fresh raspberries

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt


In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract


Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms


Do not overmix


Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/2-inch thickness


Use a round cutter to cut out donuts


Then, use a smaller cutter to remove the centers


Heat oil in a deep pan to 350F 175C


Carefully fry the donuts until golden brown, turning them once


Drain on paper towels


Fill a piping bag with raspberry jam or jelly and pipe it into the center of each donut


In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, raspberry juice, and vanilla extract to make the glaze


Dip each donut into the glaze, letting the excess drip off


Place glazed donuts on a wire rack to set for a few minutes
