Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup crystallized ginger, finely chopped optional

  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts optional

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C


In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, almond milk, ground ginger, and vanilla extract until well combined


In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt


Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms


Fold in crystallized ginger and chopped peanuts, if using


Roll dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper


Use a fork to flatten each cookie, creating a crisscross pattern


Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown


Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vital wheat gluten

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl


Soy sauce, tomato paste, olive oil, and vegetable broth should all be mixed together in a different bowl


Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until a dough forms


For about 5 minutes, knead the dough until it gets firm and stretchy


Make sausage-shaped balls out of the dough and wrap each one in aluminum foil, twisting the ends to seal


Put the sausages in foil and steam them for 40 minutes


Wait until the sausages are cool to remove the wrappers and cut them

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Choose how you want to pop the popcorn kernels, then put them in a large bowl


Melt the coconut oil over medium-low heat in a small saucepan


Put the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl and melt the chocolate


For another two to three minutes, or until the mixture is smooth and well mixed, keep stirring it


Pour the peanut butter mixture over the popcorn that has been popped, and then gently toss to coat everything


Place the popcorn that has been coated on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper


For about 10 to 15 minutes, let the popcorn cool down and the peanut butter coating harden

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions:

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat


Add diced onions, carrots, and celery


Saut until they become tender, about 5 minutes


Stir in the diced potatoes and ham


Cook for another 5 minutes


Add chicken broth, dried thyme, dried parsley, dried oregano, dried basil, dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder


Bring to a boil


Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft


In a small bowl, mix flour and milk to form a smooth paste


Stir the flour and milk mixture into the soup, and continue to cook until the soup thickens, about 5 minutes


Stir in chopped broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese


Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the broccoli is tender


For the baby dumplings, drop spoonfuls of dumpling dough into the simmering soup


Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes or until the dumplings are cooked through

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, grated

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1/2 cup carrots, diced

  • 1/2 cup peas

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 3 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

Warm up a big pan with olive oil over medium-low heat
